The EliteBus master workshop

We make no compromises when it comes to safety.

All vehicles in the large EliteBus fleet not only have ultra-modern safety equipment and maximum comfort, they are also always technically up to date!

Thanks to our company-owned master workshop, all Elite buses are regularly put to the test.

In fact, far more often than the legislator prescribes. This enables us to recognize impending damage before it occurs. Since our experienced car mechanics and mechatronics technicians have access to a large stock of spare parts, damaged parts are replaced immediately. Without any ifs and buts.

In addition, our drivers are highly trained and will take you safely and comfortably to your destination and back home again.

Highest safety standards

Travel relaxed and safe by bus.

The coach is and remains the safest and most reliable means of transport.

Bus tours are subject to high technical and legal safety standards.

Modern coaches are comfortable large-capacity limousines. The vehicles are built as durable economic goods at the highest technical level. In addition to ABS and ESP, the basic equipment usually includes electronic lane assistants, distance control systems, light sensors and clearance lights.

Our buses are equipped with three different braking systems and a speed limiter to 100 km/h. Lane assistants also ensure that the bus always stays on course. Most of our coaches are also equipped with an emergency braking system that initiates automatic emergency braking in a dangerous situation.

In addition, every seat has a three-point safety belt, which should be worn throughout the journey.

Children also travel safely in the EliteBus: we offer free booster seats for our smaller passengers.

Experienced. Trained. Motivated.

We attach great importance to the fact that all bus drivers are well trained and experienced. To this end, we conduct regular training and safety training courses to ensure that our drivers remain calm and act confidently even in tricky situations.

Compliance with legal regulations is a matter of course for EliteBus.

Europe-wide guidelines determine how long bus drivers are allowed to sit at the wheel and when a driver change has to take place. For example, there are uniform daily and weekly driving times that must not be exceeded. Also, a break must be taken after 4.5 hours at the latest to ensure the bus driver’s vigilance and attention. The break must be 45 minutes, but can also be divided into several shorter breaks.

These “forced breaks” are also popular with many passengers, as they give them the opportunity to stock up on provisions at rest stops or to stretch their legs on longer journeys. If the driving time is more than nine hours, the driver is of course relieved.
